In January 2011, AirCare acquired the assets of New England Build & Restore, Inc., a leading provider for more than 20 years of fire, water and storm damage reconstruction and renovation services to residential and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As part of the acquisition, AirCare hired NEBR’s team of insurance repair and reconstruction experts, and took over all of NEBR’s ex?
Immediately after the completion of the asset acquisition, AirCare formed the Company,“SynergyOne Solutions, Inc.”, and created the AirCare Division and the NEBR Division in order that both divisions could maintain their established practices and brands, and continue as leaders in their respective industries.
In August 2011 (just prior to the devastation caused by Hurricane Irene to many of its Western Massachusetts customers), SynergyOne launched its newest division, “ServTech”, a fully staffed, state of the art emergency response and disaster restoration team. SynergyOne was able to select the most experienced disaster restoration professionals from its AirCare and NEBR Divisions, and then add the“best of the best”disaster restoration professionals from outside the company, to form a seasoned and professional team to immediately assist both our Western Massachusetts neighbors and all of SynergyOne’s other customers in every type of fire, storm or severe weather emergency or catastrophe.
Before long, SynergyOne combined the talents of AirCare, NEBR, and ServTech under one name in order to provide“one-stop”cost effective and knowledgeable solutions to all of its customers whether they are in need of one specialized service or the advice and assistance from one of its many“in-house”experts.
In June of 2016, SynergyOne began the process of rebranding and once again adopting the name AirCare. Short, simple, and concise, the name not only represents some the services we offer, but conveys the message that we get jobs done in a timely manner and with the utmost care for your property.
